Cancellation &
No-Show PolicyAppointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or
missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
This fee represents a reasonable estimate of the costs associated with reserving
provider time, treatment rooms, equipment, and clinical staff.
The fee will not be charged if the appointment is canceled by The Things We
Do and may be waived at management’s discretion for true emergencies.
By proceeding with booking, you acknowledge and agree that a valid card is
required to be kept on file and authorize The Things We Do to charge the $200
cancellation or no-show fee if this policy applies.
